Job Description

Experian Marketing Service's mission is to accelerate client success through ecosystems, partnerships, and marketing technology solutions. We help brands put people at the heart of their business and have meaningful interactions with their customers. We're doing so through a clearer view across the digital customer buying journey and with acquisitions of leading AdTech and MarTech providers, the most recent being Audigent, a data activation, curation and identify platform.

What you'll do:

The Senior Account Director will report to the Senior Sales Director and will grow current advertiser relationships and establishing net new partnerships across the space. You will work internally with important partners to build a GTM strategy that uses Experian's products and relationships to grow our Financial Services vertical. Location preference: Midwest or Eastern region.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Financial Services marketers across North America, driving adoption of Experian Marketing Services' data, identity, audience, and measurement solutions.
  • Develop long-term, consultative relationships with Financial Services clients to ensure revenue retention, secure renewals, and identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
  • Manage client pipeline aligned to growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery, business continuity, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Anticipate client needs and evolving industry trends to design solution bundles that strengthen value, deepen engagement, and expand overall client relationships with Experian.
  • Lead go to market strategies and cross sell initiatives across your existing book of business to accelerate growth within the Financial Services vertical.
  • Be the voice of the customer, combining client feedback and market insights to inform product development and enhance Experian's solution offerings.
  • Be a trusted advisor and expert to clients, providing expertise on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Financial Services landscape.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management within Salesforce, ensuring a consistent 99%+ accuracy rate.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director, contributing to strategic planning and overall revenue performance.
  • Travel required - approx. 40%
  • Base salary range (listed) plus commission

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
  • 10 years' experience selling enterprise solutions: data, identity, audience, measurement, and analytics solutions to clients in the Financial Services Vertical
  • Experience managing portfolio of revenue between $5M - $50M+ annually
  • Existing client relationships across the Financial Services Vertical
  • Sales motivated -- Experience hitting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles
  • Experience building a pipeline and managing a book of business of 7 figures plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
