Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model.

As Concerto grows across multiple states and subsidiaries, accurate and timely financial information is critical to supporting our clinical operations and partner facilities. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining reliable financial records and strengthening our accounting and financial reporting functions. • Prepare and post journal entries, including intercompany transactions, accruals, amortizations, reclassifications, and other month-end adjustments.
  • Manage intercompany accounting across subsidiaries, including preparing entries, reconciling balances, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate unusual account activity, and ensure all balances are properly supported.
  • Support external financial audits and tax compliance requests by preparing schedules and supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Research accounting issues, identify root causes of discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, automation, and system functionality, including NetSuite workflows and reporting.
  • Partner with internal departments to answer accounting questions and ensure transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounting projects and other responsibilities as directed by the Director of Accounting.
Qualifications

You Might Be a Fit If You are…

  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in everything you deliver.
  • A strong analytical thinker who enjoys digging into the numbers to find root causes and solve problems.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during month-end and year-end close.
  • A clear, effective communicator who builds strong working relationships across departments.
  • Process-minded and motivated to improve controls, automate manual work, and make systems work better.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity organization.

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting.
  • Hands-on experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Experience supporting external audits, including preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
