Accountable for supporting execution of the firm’s AI and digital transformation initiatives through hands‑on workflow analysis, solution enablement, and user adoption support.


The Senior Advisor: AI Transformation is a hybrid advisory and delivery role within the IT Strategy and Transformation organization. This role partners closely with business services teams, practice groups, and enablement partners to identify workflow challenges, design practical AI‑enabled solutions, and guide users through adoption and change. The role blends use‑case discovery, process analysis, solution coordination, and emerging technology awareness to deliver meaningful productivity and client service improvements. 


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

 

Use‑Case Identification and Workflow Analysis:

  • Partner with business teams to understand current workflows, challenges, bottlenecks, and unmet needs
  • Conduct interviews, process reviews, and journey mapping to identify AI and digital opportunities that enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Document user stories, requirements, and current‑state processes to inform solution direction and feasibility assessment
  • Maintain transparency and alignment with IT, Innovation, Data, and M365 partners across the broader transformation portfolio

Solution Definition and Enablement:

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution concepts.
  • Evaluate how tools across the firm’s technology ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and AI‑enabled capabilities such as Copilot and Harvey, can support workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Data & AI, application, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and supportable solutions
  • Configure AI‑enabled experiences, prototypes, and lightweight digital workflows to validate functionality and gather feedback
  • Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure cohesive implementation and effective hand‑offs

Strategic Partnership and Use‑Case Prioritization:

  • Collaborate closely with Learning & Development, Organizational Change Management, Innovation, and IT teams to ensure aligned communication and coordinated execution
  • Support development of training materials, skill‑building resources, and readiness activities
  • Share insights, progress, and outcomes to promote visibility and integrated delivery across workstreams

Cross‑Team Collaboration and Integration:

  • Build and maintain strong alignment across program workstreams, including practice groups, business services, and technology teams
  • Proactively manage expectations, secure buy‑in at key decision points, and resolve cross‑workstream conflicts
  • Champion the firm’s GenAI transformation vision and ensure consistent messaging throughout the program lifecycle

Change Enablement and User Support:

  • Deliver demonstrations, facilitate workshops, and guide users through new tools, processes, and AI‑enabled capabilities
  • Support adoption efforts through training, communications, and ongoing user engagement
  • Capture and synthesize “voice of the user” insights to inform continuous improvement and broader rollout strategies

Technology Awareness and Opportunity Scanning:

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation platforms, data technologies, and emerging AI capabilities and technology roadmaps
  • Partner with Innovation, Enterprise Collaboration, and vendors to identify emerging capabilities and potential new use cases
  • Recommend where evolving technologies can add practical value within business workflows

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes

Experience, Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow improvement, digital transformation, or adoption‑focused roles
  • Experience supporting AI‑driven or technology‑enabled transformation initiatives preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, BRMP, or process improvement credentials beneficial but not required

Technical Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven ability to analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support AI‑enabled solutions
  • Hands‑on experience leveraging AI‑powered capabilities such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity
  • Experience capturing requirements, facilitating discussions, and translating needs into solution recommendations

Posted Pay RangeThe typical pay scale for this position is between USD $135,000.00/Yr. and USD $177,000.00/Yr., although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
