Teads is looking for a highly motivated, driven, hardworking individual to join our Data & Insights team as a Senior Analyst, Data & Insights. This is a hybrid role that will be hands-on in shaping the future of both targeting and measurement at Teads.

What will you do?

  • Support client-facing discussions around the Teads Data Suite, including targeting capabilities, and strategic consultations
  • Coordinate end-to-end research project processes – from pre-campaign project scoping & feasibility assessment, to project execution, to post-campaign analysis & client deliverable
  • Become an expert user and advocate for Teads’ proprietary data and insights tools
  • Support the day-to-day data needs of the Teads sales team, including responding to RFPs and participating in client QBRs
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, data, and insights team members on research initiatives
  • Assist in campaign optimizations for best results based on research insights
  • Advise on targeting strategy & research study implementation related questions
  • Proactively stay up to date with new vendors and industry trends

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data operations or ad measurement role at a leading advertiser, publisher, media agency or research provider
  • Experience working with third-party providers to both onboard and offboard data - for example, Experian, Liveramp, Neustar, Nielsen, comScore, Circana
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry – specifically related to audience targeting and ad effectiveness research
  • Data driven mindset: A number has a specific meaning to this person
  • Ability to understand technical & functional details about data (e.g: how a cookie-sync works concretely), and abstract this information into strategic/high-level marketing thoughts & discussions
  • Understanding of research and testing methodologies
  • Previous success managing multiple projects and deliverables
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills focused on delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Passion for data storytelling
  • High standards of client service with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with leading conference calls/in-person meetings and working in a client facing role
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Degree in related field

Bonus points

  • Understanding of identity resolution and data matching techniques, solutions and providers
  • Knowledge of the nuances of omnichannel data & measurement
  • Experience managing campaign effectiveness solutions, including creative testing, attention, incremental reach, brand lift, foot traffic and closed-loop measurement

The pay range for this position is USD $80,000 to $90,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
