Team Overview
The Global Delivery Consulting & Enterprise Support team sits at the intersection of product, technology, and delivery—partnering across the enterprise to ensure TransUnion solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned to customer needs. This team represents the voice of Global Delivery in enterprise initiatives, influencing product design, operational readiness, and post-launch performance. The role reports into Global Delivery and works closely with cross-functional partners across product, solutions, and customer-facing teams. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the Global Delivery representative across enterprise initiatives, ensuring delivery requirements are embedded from concept through deployment.
- Gather, translate, and document business, user, and customer requirements into actionable insights that inform product and solution development.
- Drive operational readiness by defining fulfillment processes, developing runbooks, and preparing delivery teams to support new products and platforms.
- Evaluate solution performance, scalability, and supportability, providing feedback loops to product and stakeholder teams to improve outcomes.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, influencing across product, technology, and delivery teams to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives in a matrixed environment, balancing strategic planning, issue triage, and customer impact.
- Represent the voice of the customer and operations, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to real-world delivery needs.
- Develop training materials, guides, and supporting documentation to enable teams and ensure consistent execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization through business process mapping and gap analysis.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 7+ Years of experience in financial services, credit, fraud, banking, or closely related domains—enabling effective navigation of TransUnion’s core business areas and stakeholder landscape.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business and customer requirements into actionable deliverables used to inform product and delivery decisions.
- Experience with business process mapping, process analysis, and gap identification to improve operational performance and scalability.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives independently within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional outcomes in a complex environment.
Required Technical Skills
- Business process mapping and documentation tools to define workflows, runbooks, and operational readiness materials.
- Data analysis and problem-solving techniques using structured, logic-based approaches to evaluate performance and identify insights.
- Strong documentation and requirements tracking capabilities to manage deliverables, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language to support cross-functional understanding and adoption.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
