Own and resolve complex medical billing and insurance cases end-to-end after AI handoff. Contact providers, insurers, and collections; investigate claims and benefits; advocate for users; maintain clear documentation; communicate progress; and improve playbooks while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement, you will support Focused Improvement efforts across our manufacturing network by identifying losses, guiding problem solving, and enabling collaboration that drives optimization across multiple facilities.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Focused Improvement projects aligned with network and corporate goals.

  • Analyze multi‑site data to identify trends, chronic losses, and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with plant teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and support knowledge transfer.

  • Contribute to cross‑site initiatives focused on line performance, throughput, and labor utilization.

  • Use methodologies such as DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, and Design of Experiments to support improvements.

  • Coach teams in Value Stream Mapping, Loss Trees, root cause analysis, and Unified Problem Solving.

  • Collaborate with other Manufacturing Excellence pillars to align work and prevent duplicated efforts.

  • Support development of enterprise toolkits, playbooks, and process optimization standards.

  • Partner with the Senior Focused Improvement Manager to assess and justify network‑wide capital opportunities.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering with a multi‑site or corporate scope.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data analysis and visualization.

  • Experience working across cross‑functional teams within a manufacturing network.

  • Familiarity with Focused Improvement tools including DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, and Statistical Process Control.

  • 70%+ travel to manufacturing sites.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
