The Senior CTS Project Manager leads complex, high-impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and governs project, change, and release management practices. The role requires advanced leadership, portfolio planning, and process improvement capability to align major initiatives with enterprise priorities. The Senior CTS Project Manager works with CTS leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate delivery across interrelated programs. This role typically reports to the Head of Corporate Systems and strengthens delivery standards across CTS.

Essential Skills:

  • Monitors execution of approved change requests to confirm successful implementation and control outcomes.

  • Oversees vendor engagements and ensure contractual alignment with CTS priorities and business goals.

  • Standardizes and evolves project and operational processes across CTS to improve consistency and control.

  • Governs release management practices to ensure reliable, repeatable enterprise deployments.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management or related field, 7-10 years of IT experience and 8+ years of project management experience

  • Proficient with  ITIL Foundation and Agile / Scrum fundamentals.  

  • Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Pay Rate: $107,000 - $147,000
