Overview 
Litera is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead reporting and analytics across our Technical Support and Professional Services teams. This role will own the design and delivery of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data integrations across platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, SupportLogic, Forethought, and Workday. 

You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, translating complex business needs into actionable insights and scalable data solutions. If you thrive in cross-functional environments and love turning data into decisions, this is your opportunity to make a high-impact contribution. 

Key Responsibilities 

Reporting & Dashboard Strategy  

  • Design and optimize dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI. 

  • Build scalable reporting frameworks across Technical Support and Services. 

  • Align reporting structures across the different business units like Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering. 

Data Operations & Integrations

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms including Salesforce, SupportLogic, Forethought, YMeadows, and Workday.  

  • Map and document data flows between systems and identify opportunities for improved visibility and automation.  

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Data teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.  

Cross-functional Leadership 

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for reporting needs across Support and Services. 

  • Manage intake and prioritization of reporting requests. 

  • Translate complex business requirements into technical reporting solutions. 

Insights & Enablement 

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify operational improvements. 

  • Present insights to senior stakeholders, including Litera’s Executive Leadership Team. 

  • Provide training and documentation for reporting and dashboard users. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, reporting, or analytics in a SaaS or tech environment. 

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud reporting and data structures. 

  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration and data integration. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Ability to lead reporting initiatives independently. 

Preferred 

  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools). 

  • Advanced SQL or data querying skills. 

  • Experience with data governance frameworks. 

  • Prior mentorship or leadership in analytics projects.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $75,000 to $100,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
