We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with key advertising platforms, agencies, and resellers and help improve the efficiency and scalability of inDrive’s digital acquisition channels.
The role connects regional Marketing Managers with external partners, including Xiaomi, Moloco, AppLovin, Apple Ads, agencies, and resellers.
The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise with strong partnership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with key advertising platforms, agencies, and resellers.
- Work closely with regional Marketing Managers to understand their acquisition needs and identify relevant solutions and opportunities.
- Translate regional business needs into actionable initiatives for external partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, incentives, test budgets, service levels, and other partnership conditions.
- Identify opportunities to improve channel efficiency, scalability, and overall marketing performance.
- Initiate and coordinate tests of new traffic sources, products, inventory, and platform capabilities.
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend the optimal setup across direct, agency, and reseller buying models.
- Share platform expertise, best practices, and successful cases across regions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, mobile user acquisition, digital partnerships, media buying, or agency management.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance marketing and the in-app advertising ecosystem.
- Experience working with advertising agencies and/or resellers.
- Experience working directly with advertising platforms or traffic sources is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA/CAC, CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Proven commercial negotiation and partner management experience.
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills and ability to work with multiple regional teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to connect partnership opportunities with measurable marketing results.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience buying and optimizing in-app traffic.
- Experience with Moloco, AppLovin, Apple Ads, Xiaomi, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing both direct and agency/reseller buying models.
- Understanding of mobile attribution, MMPs, SKAN, and incrementality.
- Experience launching and scaling new acquisition channels across multiple markets.
