About the Role:

TeamMate, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, coordination, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns. This role is focused on keeping digital campaigns moving from brief to launch, ensuring timelines, owners, assets, approvals, and reporting are clearly managed across teams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with strong project management skills, digital campaign execution experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across email, web, social, webinars, marketing automation, sales enablement, and reporting. This role will work closely with sales, product marketing, global marketing, creative, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, owners, approvals, and launch requirements

  • Build and maintain campaign project plans, status trackers, and task lists to keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable

  • Support campaign kickoff meetings, working sessions, and recurring status updates to clarify priorities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps

  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, sales, creative, and global marketing teams to develop campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, webinar materials, digital ads, and sales enablement content

  • Manage campaign workflows from brief through launch, including content handoffs, creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, quality checks, and final approvals

  • Support the execution of digital campaign tactics across marketing automation, CRM, website, webinar, and social platforms, ensuring messaging and timing are aligned across channels

  • Track campaign performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline-related indicators, and help prepare performance reports and optimization recommendations

  • Understand UTM tracking, campaign naming conventions, list requirements, asset links, and other operational details that support campaign measurement and reporting

  • Identify project risks, timeline conflicts, missing inputs, or blockers early and communicate options to keep campaigns on track

  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, including briefs, timelines, meeting notes, asset libraries, reporting summaries, and post-campaign learnings

  • Support process improvements, templates, checklists, and repeatable workflows that increase campaign efficiency, quality, and consistency

  • Assist with general marketing operations and administrative tasks that support campaign delivery and team effectiveness

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or marketing project coordination

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, web, webinars, social media, paid media, and digital content

  • Experience creating project plans, timelines, status updates, campaign briefs, meeting notes, and post-campaign summaries

  • Comfortable coordinating cross-functional work across sales, product marketing, creative, digital, and regional or global marketing teams

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Eloqua and Salesforce, is preferred

  • Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com, is required

  • Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, conversion, and campaign ROI indicators

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, document decisions, and move work forward through influence

  • High attention to detail, especially in campaign setup, asset quality checks, approvals, tracking links, naming conventions, and reporting inputs

  • Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams

  • Experience in B2B software marketing optimal, and experience in audit, risk, compliance, or GRC is a plus

Travel: Minimal travel required (Less than 10%)

Hybrid Model: This is a hybrid role requiring at least eight in-office days per month at a Wolters Kluwer office located within 50 miles of your home. The successful candidate must be available to work East Coast hours.

Compensation:

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
