This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

Join an in-house Brands team with expertise in hospitality, brand management, innovation, owner relations, and more across Hilton's portfolio. As Senior Director, Brand Management - Home2 Suites, you will help grow one of Hilton's leading brands and shape Hilton's extended stay positioning. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Leader, Extended Stay Brands, you will translate strategy into action, advance performance across key brand indicators, and lead initiatives that improve the guest experience, support owner returns, and protect long-term brand integrity.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Partner with the Brand Leader to shape short- and long-term strategies, priorities, annual plans, and roadmaps, then lead cross-functional project plans that bring them to life.
  • Advance strategies to achieve KPIs and strengthen brand integrity for Home2 Suites and the extended stay portfolio. Plan projects, manage priorities, monitor key measures, analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend actions that improve results.
  • Lead brand and extended stay initiatives across product, service, food and beverage, technology, sustainability, and hotel operations, with clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and success measures.
  • Serve as a visible Home2 Suites advocate with owners, hotel leaders, internal partners, and industry audiences through presentations, meetings, conferences, and brand events.

 

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Work across Commercial, Marketing, Development, Architecture, Design & Construction, Brand Performance Support, Owner Relations, Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, Openings, Communications, and Learning to align priorities and execute brand plans.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, franchisees, hotel leaders, and advisory groups, using data, business cases, and expertise to gain support and drive adoption
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, communications, training materials, and field content that translate strategy into clear actions for internal and external audiences.

 

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Lead strategic Home2 Suites initiatives from project charter and business case through design, implementation, field communication, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Own brand performance updates, competitive and market assessments, annual planning inputs, and budget and forecast support.
  • Lead content and project management for owner and hotel leader forums, field webinars, and enterprise, development, regional, and brand conferences.
  • Organize and attend meetings and visits with owners, operators, and hotel teams.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Eight (8) years of experience in brand management, hospitality, strategy, operations, commercial disciplines, development, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years leading complex projects with multiple partners in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing strategy, building business cases, gaining support, and driving implementation from concept through execution.
  • Experience building executive-ready content and presenting to senior leaders, owners, hotel leaders, and internal and external audiences.
  • Travel up to 25%, including domestic and limited international travel.

 

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three (3) years of hospitality, hotel operations, franchise, or owner-facing experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in brand management or brand/franchise development.
  • Experience developing annual plans, budgets, forecasts, narratives, project plans, and strategic roadmaps for a large enterprise.
  • Experience analyzing data, conducting market and competitive assessments, and translating findings into clear recommendations.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $160,000 – $210,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
