Position Responsibilities

  • Guide Uline’s Creative team with strong time management skills, meeting tight schedules in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Oversee the workflow of all projects, including design, print, photography and web.

  • Collaborate with owners and C-suite leaders to gain multiple approvals from key stakeholders.

  • Work independently and with cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field.

  • 15+ years of project management experience, successfully overseeing complex projects in dynamic environments.

  • 10+ years of proven success leading large in-house teams, optimizing workflows.

  • Outstanding presentation, communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team player - ready to roll up your sleeves and be in the details.
