About the role

Kinaxis is investing in a world-class Partner Success organisation so that strategic partners can operate as trusted extensions of Kinaxis and deliver exceptional customer outcomes and grow capacity at scale. The Senior Director, Global Partner Success will establish and design this new operating model, developing the strategy, data/analytics and management systems required to move partners from onboarding to sustained delivery maturity. Reporting to the SVP, Global Alliances, this function will be accountable for partner capability growth, health, delivery readiness, implementation quality and continuous improvement across the global partner ecosystem.

What you will do


  • Create the operating model. Establish and centralize the global standards, segmentation, engagement motions, partner health scoring, escalation paths, dashboards and a regular operating cadence to manage and lead partner capacity growth and delivery success across Kinaxis through a cross functional collaboration.
  • Plan ecosystem capacity. Translate market, pipeline and customer demand into partner capability and capacity requirements by region, solution and delivery role; surface gaps and mobilize corrective action.
  • Accelerate partner capability. Align certification, training, knowledge transfer and role-based enablement to market needs; expand qualified partner-led services capacity.
  • Strengthen governance. Ensure cross functional ownership of partner joint success plans, business reviews and decision forums for strategic partners, with clear accountability and follow-through aligned to the partner program
  • Improve implementation quality. Partner with GPO, Professional Services and Customer Success to holistically monitor, drive accountability and mitigation of implementation quality through readiness reviews, quality gates, assurance and remediation mechanisms; identify delivery risk early and improve outcomes for partner-led deployments.
  • Build the management infrastructure. Define the end-to-end business requirements for partner-success tooling, data stewardship and workflow integration so teams have a reliable system of record and scalable ways of working.
  • Drive measurable performance. Use data and insight to improve partner adoption, engagement, capacity, quality and contribution; address underperformance decisively.
  • Own the partner success lifecycle. Design a consistent journey spanning recruitment handoff, onboarding, enablement, activation, delivery readiness, performance management, growth and maturity.
  • Build the function. Define the global Partner Success future vision to support an efficient cross functional partner success service model, organization design, roles, processes and as appropriate, investment roadmap; translate strategy into a disciplined execution plan.
How Success is Measured:
  • Partner Ecosystem Capacity Growth through measured improvement on net new trained resources (e.g. solution architects and consultants)
  • Partner Sourced NPI ACV Pipeline through effective outcome driven enablement campaigns and motions this role will be accountable new NPI sourced leads that achieve SQO stage and are deal registered
  • Partner Led Implementation Outcomes through measurement decreasing quantity of >30 day red implementations and average partner submitted support tickets.

What we are looking for

  • Significant leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, consulting or a technology ecosystem, with a strong record of building or transforming global partner/customer success capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of GSIs, regional systems integrators and strategic technology partners, including how they build capability, govern delivery and create value with software vendors.
  • Ideally strong supply chain expertise and experience with APS systems
  • Demonstrated success designing partner lifecycle, enablement, governance, health, quality and performance-management frameworks at global scale.
  • Experience transforming an operating model, including organisation design, change leadership, process adoption and executive-level business cases.
  • Strong knowledge of complex enterprise implementations; supply-chain planning, transformation or mission-critical applications experience is highly valued.
  • Commercially astute and analytically rigorous, able to connect partner capability and customer outcomes to growth, retention, services capacity and ecosystem economics.
  • Relatively mature and senior presence, communication and stakeholder leadership; comfortable influencing senior internal and external leaders without relying on direct authority. Global travel as required.
