In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Carry out circuit design and PCB layout while following relevant design standards.
  • Define, plan, and coordinate development, product qualification, safety, and regulatory-compliance testing.
  • Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, and debugging.
  • Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with electrical engineering for product design.  
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States—sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Proficiency in circuit design and PCB layout.
     

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Familiarity with electrical safety, functional safety, and EMC compliance standards.
  • Experience with reliability modeling and rugged environmental design.
  • Design experience with mass-produced electronics (PCBAs, cable assemblies, etc.).
  • Experience with embedded systems using microcontrollers.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
