  • Research potential customers and determine the quality of the lead
  • Identify the gatekeeper (person in charge of communicating or preventing information from reached decision - maker) and the decision maker (the person in charge of making the final decision on the sale)
  • Evaluate and qualify needs
  • Orchestrate sales discussions between producers and decision makers
  • Document findings in customer relationship management (CRM) software
