In this role, you will:
- Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers
- Drive revenue generation across Wells Fargo's platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clients
- Handle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related products
- Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groups
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral
- Identify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilities
- Partner with existing clients to ensure we are helping them meet their current and future needs
- Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels
- Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology
- Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences

- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and partnerships with internal teams

- Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition, state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
- Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
- Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
