  • Define product requirements supporting commercial payments, treasury services, card products, and embedded finance solutions.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive product priorities.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, pricing recommendations, and success metrics.

  • Ensure effective integrations across core banking, digital banking, treasury management, payment, and fintech platforms.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and customer journeys.

API & Platform Product Management

  • Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technical requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Define integration strategies and end-to-end customer experiences across CSI, partner, and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with technical teams on API requirements, documentation, testing expectations, and implementation strategies.
  • Balance customer-specific requests with reusable capabilities that can benefit CSI's broader client base.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to understand business challenges and validate product direction.
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements discussions with community banks.
  • Support product demonstrations, strategic customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
  • Monitor commercial payments, cards, treasury, and banking technology trends to identify growth opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure product readiness and scalability.
  • Incorporate compliance, fraud prevention, risk, and operational requirements into product design.
  • Maintain product documentation, roadmap artifacts, and strategic planning materials.
  • Support successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing enhancements.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Experience owning and delivering financial technology products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking and commercial payment workflows.
  • Experience defining and delivering API-based banking, payment, or card solutions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on technical product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and customer experiences.
