Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be a key contributor to category strategy and execution, helping guide both short‑ and longterm business decisions. You will serve as a subjectmatter expert on category landscape, business performance, and budget details, supporting monthly and annual planning routines.

In this role, you will partner closely with crossfunctional commercialization teams and external partners to deliver salesdriving initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Analyst will assist in the development and commercialization of marketing plans on the business. They will support with insights and analysis to better inform ideal strategic direction and opportunity.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of short and longterm marketing support plans

  • Organize and guide crossfunctional teams and external agencies on commercialization projects

  • Support annual planning and portfolio growth by generating insights and executing key projects

  • Monitor business performance, category landscapes, and consumer and industry trends to surface insights and recommend actions that drive results

  • Build expertise in data analysis tools to support decisionmaking and performance evaluation

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience (marketing/brand/product management preferred)

  • Strong ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable business insights, experience with Nielsen or IRI preferred

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding consumer culture, behaviors, and trends

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines

  • Critical thinker and selfstarter who can manage competing priorities with urgency

  • Collaborative communicator who can clearly and concisely share insights, updates, and recommendations

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
