VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between $89,300 and $125,550 USD (United States) or $94,500 and $123,050 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Ownership
- Architect full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that align to high-priority segments, products, and market opportunities.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, brand, digital, and content teams to ensure integrated, persona-aligned campaign strategies.
- Sales Partnership:
- Drive alignment with Sales on account focus, key messaging, and follow-up tactics. Educate Demand Engagement on new campaigns, assets, and plays.
- Execution & Optimization:
- Plan and launch integrated campaigns alongside channel experts, a paid media agency and operations using Marketo, Salesforce, paid media (search and social), webinars, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, email nurtures, events, and web
- AI-Driven Innovation:
- Stay on the pulse of how AI is transforming campaign execution-test new approaches for personalization, segmentation, and scale.
- Analytics & Insights:
- Define and track campaign KPIs, deliver performance reports, and iterate based on data insights. Partner with marketing ops to evolve measurement.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign strategy, integrated marketing, or demand generation, including a minimum of 3 years in the SaaS industry
- Experience with campaign reporting, including channel-level attribution
- Proven ability to design and deliver marketing programs that create and convert pipeline.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, PMM, Content, Creative, Digital).
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Deep interest in AI's role in campaign management and demand creation.
- Passion for campaign testing, analytics, and iteration.
