Job Summary

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a Senior Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is remote, with client site visits as needed. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and a proven track record of delivering functional solutions for complex payroll environments. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Payroll implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide guidance on payroll compliance, calculations, and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful payroll runs.
  • Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll rules, fast formulas, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
  • Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
