The Opportunity:

The Pricing Analyst functions in a fast-paced proposal environment and supports program/proposal team members developing cost proposals while ensuring corporate compliance and schedule adherence.  Supporting proposal cost volume development, cost estimation, and departmental operations duties. 

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will primarily generate cost models and detailed pricing, develop proposal structure, and prepare cost/price responses in accordance with RFP requirements.
  • In addition, you will support risk and opportunity quantification and generate results of risk analyses to support bid or commitment decisions and will thoroughly review proposal pricing of other analysts to assure compliance and quality. 

Qualifications: 

Required

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.  
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of cost proposals and cost modeling.
  • Knowledge of government contracting and experience with multiple types of contracts (Cost Plus, Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Unit Price).
  • Experience on large, strategic cost proposals with sizable team of subcontractors and extensive WBS structures
  • Extensive experience with Deltek ProPricer software
  • Ability to interact with personnel/management on all levels across numerous groups (Contracts, Subcontracts, Technical).
  • Simultaneously support multiple complex projects.
  • Interpret information in various formats using strong analytical and problem-solving techniques.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
