As our AI Portfolio, Adoption & Governance Senior Principal, you will help shape how AI investments are prioritized, governed, adopted, and measured across the enterprise. This is a highly visible opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence enterprise strategy, and drive meaningful business outcomes through AI.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the enterprise AI portfolio, including use-case intake, evaluation, prioritization, and investment governance.
  • Drive executive-level portfolio reviews, decision-making forums, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Develop and enhance AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies, and accountability processes.
  • Partner with business, technology, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and security teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.
  • Establish methods to measure AI adoption, business value, ROI, and benefits realization.
  • Lead enterprise AI literacy, training, communications, and change enablement programs.
  • Build and support the AI Champion network to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organization.
  • Deliver executive reporting and insights on portfolio performance, investments, adoption, and business outcomes.

What you'll bring:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, governance, strategic planning, business transformation, program management, consulting, product management, technology management, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing business cases, governance frameworks, operating models, investment recommendations, and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across complex organizations without direct authority.
Preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.
  • Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, portfolio management, investment governance, and value realization practices.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Change Management, Portfolio Management, AI Governance, Data Governance, or Risk Management certifications.
