Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep experience designing and shipping high-quality software products. You combine strong product thinking with exceptional craft, and you’re comfortable working across the full lifecycle — from defining ambiguous problems to refining high-fidelity solutions and collaborating closely with engineering through implementation. You thrive in complex systems, care deeply about interaction details, and raise the bar for quality at every step. Beyond designing interfaces, you shape product direction, engage in thoughtful technical discussions, and mentor others by contributing to critiques and elevating team standards.

• Pair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects, no hand-offs
• Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Albiware
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution
• Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of work-in-progress
• Use and improve our lightweight design system components
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs, opportunities and new features
• Help with hiring new teammates that can elevate our team and product

• 5+ years experience designing software
• Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
• Demonstrated experience independently leading design initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration – balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
• Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
• Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
• Experience with interaction design and prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML/CSS) 
• Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with the unique challenges of designing a more intuitive experience for real-world office and field scenarios.

We offer a generous compensation package which includes;

Note: As part of our continued growth, we’ll be relocating to the heart of Chicago in Summer 2026. This role requires in-person participation — remote arrangements are not available.
