Build and maintain GTM systems to convert buyer intent into qualified pipeline. Own HubSpot implementations, lead routing, automation, enrichment, scoring, attribution, and reporting. Audit and consolidate GTM tools, create workflows and SLAs, and produce insights to improve funnel conversion and revenue outcomes.

The Senior Product Designer will create high-quality software designs, collaborate with engineering, mentor peers, and lead design initiatives end-to-end while focusing on user needs and technical constraints.
