We're hiring a GTM Engineer to bring in more qualified demand and raise the efficiency of our go-to-market motion. You'll own the technical systems that turn buyer intent into booked, qualified pipeline across our revenue teams — closing the tech lag in our funnel, getting far more out of HubSpot, and building the connective tissue across our GTM stack.
This is a builder's role. The data is already at our fingertips; today it's under-used. Your job is to make it work — routing, automation, intent signals, and the reporting that tells us where to push next.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Architect and build GTM systems and workflows in HubSpot and across the stack — intent signaling, lead routing, scheduling, speed-to-lead.
- Improve our tech stack implementation, and expand our use of HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise.
- Build nurture and follow-up automation across the funnel.
- Build skills and a knowledge bank using Claude.
- Run day-to-day data enrichment, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
- Support attribution and reporting — build the shared model and dashboards.
- Audit and consolidate the GTM tool stack to remove sprawl, and support the team with workflows and data-integrity SLAs.
- Produce insights and analysis on our GTM motions and where to improve them.
- A builder's mindset. You've personally built tech-forward GTM motions — routing, lifecycle, automation, integrations — in a major CRM/automation stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). You build the systems; you don't just brief an agency.
- HubSpot, day one. HubSpot is our core engine and your primary tool from the start; deep HubSpot mastery is a strong plus.
- Tech industry experience (SaaS not required).
- Buyer-intent & funnel fluency. You read intent signals and funnel conversion, and you tie systems work to revenue outcomes.
- ~2–4 years of hands-on GTM engineering / RevOps / marketing- or sales-ops building experience.
- Based in the Chicago metro (this is a hybrid, in-office-first role).
- HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise depth (admin/architect level).
- SQL / Python / APIs; Clay or other enrichment tooling.
- Intent platforms (Warmly, 6sense, Common Room) and built AI agents / Claude workflows.
- Owned an attribution model and dashboards, or consolidated a bloated tool stack.
