Senior Product Manager, Digital Client Experience

Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Digital Client Experience is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital journey within Asset Servicing. This role aligns initiatives across platforms, channels, and segments, identifies client needs and tradeoffs, and turns priorities into strategies that drive measurable business and client outcomes.

Working closely with digital solutions, UX, technology, and product teams, this role ensures capabilities come together across the digital ecosystem, aligns stakeholders, and improves how clients engage with our platforms.

Success in this role requires strong partnership across business, technology, and UX teams, along with sound judgment on when to lead through influence, build alignment, or defer to specialized expertise. Performance will be measured by stronger prioritization, improved journey coherence, increased digital adoption, and progress against business and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, alignment, and continuous improvement of the Asset Servicing client digital journey.

  • Champion a client-centric digital approach to engagement, advice, and growth.

  • Define problems clearly before advancing solutions, ensuring teams are aligned on client needs, business goals, constraints, and success measures.

  • Define intended outcomes and translate them into actionable strategies in collaboration with digital solutions and UX practices, sequencing initiatives across platforms.

  • Identify where clients need shared capabilities versus differentiated digital experiences across segments, products, or channels.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, identify root problems, and align execution with client needs.

  • Communicate client digital journey priorities through consolidated milestones, decision frameworks, problem statements, and executive updates that make direction, tradeoffs, and success measures clear.

  • Drive increased utilization, effectiveness, and adoption of our digital platforms.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Formal education or demonstrated experience in product management, product strategy, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or product strategy.

  • Experience within the financial industry is a plus but not required.

  • Expertise in journey mapping, prioritization, stakeholder management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, and executive leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling systems or comparable digital products within complex organizations, achieving measurable objectives and delivering return on investment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate needs into effective solutions.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying up to date on industry trends.

  • Track record of navigating ambiguity, surfacing tradeoffs, and guiding teams toward practical, evidence-based solutions.
