About the Role

At RB Global Inc., we are the trusted global partner for insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. As we continue to scale our RB Marketplace business, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead execution of the Buyer Services business. This is a strategic role focused on driving attach rate for the growth of all buyer services. You won't just be managing a checklist; you will be the primary product architect of the execution/tactics, ensuring that every transaction includes a service attach. You will act as the critical link between all services and will work closely with engineering teams.

The posture is speed and collaboration together: use AI tooling for internal and customer facing functions, wherever it removes friction or manual toil, and work with existing teams to find the fastest path forward.

Responsibilities
  • Define MVP's and drive that to production and not just a pilot.
  • Drive and influence the product roadmap for buyer platform consolidation across Finance, Shipping, and Warranties as the near-term focus within all buyer services
  • Identify workflows, internal and buyer-facing, where AI can meaningfully increase speed or reduce manual effort, and turn those into shipped features, not pilots that stall.
  • Drive velocity as the default posture: where current processes are working, keep them intact; where they're slowing the platform down, propose and drive the faster path, including AI-assisted alternatives.
  • Build and maintain evaluation methods to track quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Make calls in ambiguous, fast-moving situations; run lightweight postmortems and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent experience shipping software products.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered or agentic features into production, not just prototypes.
  • Comfort working directly with engineering on technical architecture decisions (APIs, microservices, data pipelines), you don't need to write production code, but you need to be able to hold your own in that conversation.
  • Track record of building your own proof of concepts, a picture is worth a thousand words.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn buy-in from established teams and earn influence with no direct authority

Preferred

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable LLM agent infrastructure, and familiarity with tool-calling / MCP-style architectures.
  • Background in marketplace, auction, freight/logistics, or B2B transactional platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and enough Python/JavaScript to read and sanity-check technical proposals.

What Success Looks Like in the First 3 Months
  • Clear, documented prioritized consolidation plan stakeholders have bought into.
  • Deliver on at least one feature, whether Agentic or manual/non-automated, in production with key metrics associated to it
  • Demonstrated velocity increase in shipping a set of features
