Key Responsibilities

  • Translate manual or inefficient processes into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

  • Build business cases and models that quantify the value and impact of product investments.

  • Create clear problem statements, business requirements, and user stories.

  • Partner closely with UX and Design teams to deliver intuitive, customer-centered experiences.

  • Collaborate with engineering, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Define MVPs and iterate products based on customer feedback and business outcomes.

  • Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority to align around product vision and priorities.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making across competing priorities.

  • Lead prioritization efforts and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps.

  • Establish success metrics and leverage dashboards and reporting to measure product performance.

  • Participate actively within Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of valuable product capabilities.

  • Demonstrate strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of product leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Proven track record of executing and leading product management initiatives.

  • Experience driving product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Passion for customer experience and user-centered product development.

  • Ability to learn and operate across multiple business functions, including engineering, design, finance, sales, operations, and marketing.

  • Experience leading without direct authority and building credibility across organizations.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical and operational acumen with an understanding of how data, backend systems, and operational processes impact user experience.

  • Experience within retail, healthcare, omnichannel, consumer-facing, or digital environments.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

  • MBA, MIS, MS, or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve upon product management best practices, not just implement them.

  • Strong passion for innovation and identifying opportunities within the healthcare industry.

Annual Salary Range: $124,000-$150,000 plus 15% annual bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
