This is a hybrid role, open to candidates within commuting-distance of our US-based offices

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting product strategy, market insights, and customer-facing teams. You will translate product capabilities and roadmap investments into compelling value propositions, equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and materials they need to drive adoption, and drive go-to-market execution in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Program Management to ensure our messaging, launches, and enablement materials help customers understand and realize the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product roadmap investments and feature releases into clear, customer-focused messaging and internal communications.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, FAQs, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Lead product training and enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to ensure readiness and confidence.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and value messaging tailored to buyer and user personas.
  • Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform messaging, go-to-market strategies, and enablement content.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product marketing strategy.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand customer needs, product strategy, and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and enablement programs, using feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve.

  • Product Marketing: Experience developing value messaging, and go-to-market strategies for software or technology solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Proven ability to create enablement content and deliver engaging training that equips customer-facing teams for success.
  • Messaging & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions tailored to different personas.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Skilled at leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to influence marketing strategies and content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and product launches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using metrics and qualitative feedback to evaluate and optimize go-to-market and enablement effectiveness.

Job Qualifications 

Education:   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant field or equivalent 

Experience

5 years product marketing, sales enablement, or equivalent experience

Required: 
•    Experience in healthcare technology space, with understanding of clinical workflows and how healthcare tech is used in the market
•    Experience creating product value materials for sales, account management and customer success functions 
•    Strong understanding of SaaS products and their application in business 
•    Experience in marketing enterprise software solutions 
•    Ability to translate complex topics into simple, clear, and intuitive language 
•    Team player able to work within a matrixed organizational structure 
•    Experience in creating marketing collateral & sales enablement tools 
  

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 

  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing projects to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in presentations and creating value content messaging
  • Proactive and self-sufficient without much need for direction

Travel requirements 

<10% travel required as necessary, mostly to internal meetings

Compensation:

$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
