We are currently developing upgrades and modifications for the USAF, NATO, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, in addition to providing engineering support for the world-wide fleet. The IPT leader will be responsible for delivering an integrated product to the respective programs. The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, biased towards action and proactive in problem solving and coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

- 3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
