Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for supporting client management and business development efforts for a portfolio of digital enabler accounts. Collaborates cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, products, and programs to drive growth of the business; and maintain overall business relationship.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It

• Support internal and external efforts to identify business opportunities with new and existing accounts or partnerships; to grow relationships and drive new business value.
• Maintain regular communication, remediate any issues, and resolve customer inquiries using effective problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with Marketing resources on marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct research on prospects or current partners, specified verticals, or industry to support events or adhoc projects.
• Promote a risk-aware culture; ensures efficient and effective risk and compliance management.

Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years Financial Services, Payments, Sales, Business Development, Customer Services, Marketing, or Related

In Lieu of Education Experience

• 4+ years Financial Services, Payments, Sales, Business Development, Customer Services, Marketing, or Related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
