About the role

Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager – Americas and Europe, the Senior Treasury Analyst is a key player in assisting with bank management and business partnering across the Americas and Europe markets. The position supports cashflow forecasting processes and delivers meaningful reporting and insights to enhance forecast accuracy and support informed decision making.

The Senior Treasury Analyst ensures treasury services and support are delivered efficiently to meet the needs of each market while maintaining treasury controls, risk management policies, and regulatory compliance. The individual has a strong understanding of the business and upcoming plans to assess their impact on the cash flow forecast and provide sound treasury advice and support. The successful candidate possesses strong regional and global treasury expertise, banking knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with banking partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Execute cash flow forecast and analysis for Americas and Europe markets.

  • Collaborate with respective teams to consolidate cash flow forecast data on a timely basis.

  • Facilitate best practices on cash flow management and forecasting across the different teams.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Support the preparation of treasury reports and presentations to senior management.

  • Support business partners with account openings, bank guarantees, custom bonds and ensure compliance with Treasury Policies.

  • Champion regulatory compliance with local regulatory requirements and stay updated on relevant banking changes.

Process Improvements

  • Assist in cash management strategies to optimize efficiency and liquidity.

  • Support Senior Treasury Manger – Americas and Europe in treasury transformation activities.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new treasury tools and systems.

Experience/technical skills

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

  • Ideally 4-7 years of global experience in corporate treasury in a multi-national group ideally at a Group level. Experience in other areas of finance (FP&A, operations) would be beneficial.

  • Preferred but not required to possess professional qualification such as CTP, CFA, FRM or CPA.

  • Systems experience, especially TMS (SAP ideally) but also banking proprietary systems and SWIFT. 

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Capable of transitioning between an overview perspective and an in-depth examination of issues.

  • Be an analytical thinker, comfortable working with numbers to drive commercial outcomes.

Salary: $84,000-$105,000 annually + bonus opportunity
