The ideal candidate will ensure the platform operates efficiently, provide day-to-day administrative support, and work closely with technical teams and customers to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. Required Qualifications- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- 2–5 years of ServiceNow administration experience
- 4–7 years of overall IT experience
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
- Configure users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications.
- Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and follow ITSM best practices.
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to support business requirements and improve platform functionality.
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) certification is a plus.
Annual Salary $100,000k-125,000k, depending on experience
