This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

The Opportunity

The Global Demand Center is building a signal-led demand engine — one that uses account, audience, behavioral, intent, and market signals to identify where we should focus and how we should activate. The GrowthX team, within the Global Demand Center, is taking the lead on this initiative and looking for a new Signal & Growth Insights Manager.

The Signal & Growth Insights Manager will help interpret signal, audience, account, campaign, and growth-motion data to surface insights, measure performance, and recommend opportunities for action. This role will support GrowthX strategy by helping the team understand what signals are emerging, which audiences are responding, which motions are working, and where we should refine targeting, activation, or follow-up.

The ideal candidate combines analytical capability, B2B demand understanding, curiosity about modern GTM platforms, and strong business judgment. They can build reports, interpret patterns, surface insights, and make practical recommendations that help GrowthX and its partners improve performance.

What You’ll DoInterpret signal and audience performance

Analyze outputs from GrowthX tools and data sources to identify patterns across accounts, audiences, segments, regions, products, and growth motions.

Use platform data and reporting from tools such as Common Room, Clay, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, and related GTM systems to understand account and audience behavior.

Surface insights about where signals are strengthening, where engagement is increasing, where coverage gaps exist, and where audiences may warrant additional activation.

Support TAL and audience insights

Provide analytical support and reporting for TAL (Total Account List) segmentation, scoring, and prioritization models.

Help quantify audience size, coverage, segment performance, account engagement, readiness indicators, and activation outcomes.

Partner with Growth Lab strategy leads to identify what is working, what needs refinement, and where additional analysis is needed.

Recommend growth plays and motions

Based on observed signal and audience patterns, recommend potential growth plays, campaign inputs, journey triggers, field motions, or xDR follow-up opportunities.

Help identify where specific audiences or accounts should be activated based on signal strength, engagement behavior, segment fit, or performance trends.

Partner with campaign, journey, field, and activation teams to help translate insights into practical recommendations.

Build and maintain reporting

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring views that help GrowthX and its partners understand signal performance, audience coverage, motion performance, and activation outcomes.

Use both native platform reporting and business intelligence tools where appropriate.

Help stakeholders understand what the data shows, what it means, where confidence is high or low, and what actions should be considered.

Measure GrowthX programs and motions

Support measurement of GrowthX programs, pilots, and signal-led motions.

Define success measures, track performance, summarize learnings, and recommend optimizations.

Help the team understand which motions should be repeated, refined, scaled, or discontinued based on performance evidence.

What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue analytics, marketing operations, growth operations, sales operations, or a related field.

Experience analyzing account, audience, campaign, funnel, or GTM performance data and translating findings into practical recommendations.

Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, account segmentation, audience targeting, campaign activation, and funnel progression.

Experience building reports, dashboards, or recurring performance views using GTM, analytics, or BI tools.

Working familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Common Room, Clay, Tableau, Looker, or comparable systems.

Ability to interpret platform outputs, native reporting, and structured data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, campaign, field, journey, marketing automation, analytics, and sales/xDR teams.

Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and comfort working with incomplete or imperfect data.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting signal-led, account-based, product-led, customer expansion, or growth marketing motions.

Experience with audience scoring, segmentation, account prioritization, intent data, engagement data, or buying-group analysis.

Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, developer platforms, or enterprise technology.

Experience measuring pilots, experiments, or new GTM programs.

Experience using Common Room, Clay, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Looker.
