Job Title: Sko Die Site Leader
Department: Operations
Reports To (Title): Jamie Adams, VP of Global Strategy
Position Summary: The Site Director will lead and oversee all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the division serving the Aerospace and Defense sector. This role is responsible for driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with industry regulations.  
  
Essential Job Duties:   
 
  • Accountable for the P&L and Balance sheet of the site  
  • Accountable for developing and executing the site's long-term strategy in full alignment with corporate objectives  
  • Develop and execute plans that support growth, profitability, and innovation in all business segments target by the site  
  • Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions within the division.  
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Global Supply Chain to meet customer needs and deliver on-time, high-quality products.  
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.  
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics to deliver financial goals.  
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through effective coaching, talent development, and succession planning.  
  • Represent the division with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.  

 
Experience: 
 
  • Strong understanding of aerospace customer requirements, quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP), and defense procurement regulations.  
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site or large-scale operations.  
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.  
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business performance.  
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term vision, align business objectives, and lead through change to deliver sustainable growth. 
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional integration to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. 
  • Commitment to building strong teams through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning, fostering a high-performance culture. 



Qualification: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.  
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site or large-scale operations.
