The opportunity

At NextPatient, we're building the best technology healthcare has ever seen. Our team is nimble by design; we move fast and get things done. We're seeking ambitious, gritty individuals, ready to join our growing Sales team and advance their careers in SaaS. NextPatient is changing healthcare by helping medical practices reduce call volume, keep provider schedules full, and most importantly, deliver a superior patient experience. Our core market is single-specialty practices in dermatology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, and med spa. In this role, you will call on small practices with 1-3 providers and engage with practice administrators, front office leaders, and practice owners.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively prospect. Identify new opportunities using phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach methods.  NextPatient AEs run a full cycle desk, there are no SDRs.

  • Conduct discovery calls. Uncover prospects’ operational processes and challenges, and highlight areas how NextPatient can deliver value.

  • Build relationships. Nurture connections with champions inside target accounts, guiding them to sell internally on your behalf.

  • Sell! Negotiate and close agreements with stakeholders across operations, marketing, clinical leadership, finance, and IT.

  • Get out in the field. Attend at least two industry conferences annually and travel for on-site client meetings at least one week per quarter.

  • Be a product expert. Learn NextPatient’s software inside and out so that you can consult practices on product features for measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop industry expertise. Learn our niche and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.

We think you'll be an amazing fit for this position if your application demonstrates:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading by example in activity and results.

  • Outbound sales experience with a demonstrated ability to hustle and persevere.

  • A self-starter mindset with minimal need for oversight.

  • Expertise in multi-threading deals and effectively communicating value across various stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom.

  • A sense of urgency, integrity, and accountability.
