What We're Researching

We are running a paid study on the landscape of SMB payroll and human resources software. Our goal is to understand how different business segments choose their platforms, which features they rely on most, and where current solutions fall short. This feedback directly informs how future administrative tools are built and positioned in the market.

How It Works

You will participate in a remote, one-on-one video interview to discuss your company's payroll and HR software stack. We will ask you to walk through your typical administrative workflows, highlighting which specific features you use daily or weekly. You will also review high-level concepts and share your candid thoughts on how different competitor platforms compare. The conversation will focus heavily on usability, system integration, and overall market dynamics.

Who This Is For

We are looking for HR managers, payroll specialists, and operations leaders working at small to medium-sized businesses. We welcome HR generalists, benefits administrators, compensation analysts, and business owners who directly manage their own payroll systems. You should have direct experience evaluating, implementing, or heavily utilizing business HR software suites.
