Software Demonstration Architect – Business Development Team
As a Software Demonstration Architect, you are responsible for working collaboratively with the Business Development Team to contribute to Itineris North America growth through a structured, methodical, and proven approach. Your primary responsibilities will be performing need assessments to understand prospect business goals, translating and communicating business goals into proven and favorable results, responding to RFPs, and providing solution demonstrations.

We are seeking a Software Demonstration Architect to help grow our North America market presence. The Business Development Team is responsible for acquiring new clients and meeting revenue goals by selling UMAX CIS and related solutions to municipal utilities. This role is responsible for aiding this growth by providing solution demonstrations, assisting with Discovery Sessions, and responding to RFPs. The ideal candidate will have a solid finance background, knowledge of the energy and water utility industry, and an understanding of CIS modernization initiatives.
As a Software Demonstration Architect, you will…
Be the link between business and IT for finance and billing domains (GL, AP, AR). Examples: contract and rate management, delinquency management, processing outgoing and incoming payments, configuration of accounting parameters, managing invoices, etc.
Provide product expertise to help the Itineris Business Development team identify and progress customer opportunities to closure.
Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
Be responsible for representing Itineris solutions to potential customers during demonstrations, conferences, seminars, etc.
Configure UMAX processes to make sure the system works as expected for demonstrations and discovery sessions
Work with the sales team to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Build and maintain software environments to support presentation requirements
Travel, as needed
