•             Guide teams on proper use of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and custom application development.
•             Architect, design, and develop solutions using Now Experience and UI Builder, creating modern, component based workspaces and user interfaces that improve usability and align with enterprise UX and architecture standards.
•             Oversee technical readiness for upgrades and evaluate new ServiceNow features for adoption.
•             Maintain documentation for architecture decisions, system interactions, and platform configuration standards.
•             Mentor developers and administrators on architectural patterns, efficient coding techniques, and platform governance.
Required Qualifications
•             7–9 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technical solutions, including direct ServiceNow development.
•             Strong architecture background across data, workflow, automation, integrations, and platform governance.
