About the Role
The Data Processor will play a key role in inputting and organizing detailed information about office buildings and suites for our landlords and brokers. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing our clients’ property management efforts. As we expect to grow to 50 employees over the next year, this role offers significant growth opportunities, including potential progression to management or onboarding roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Populate and manage detailed information on landlords’ buildings (general descriptions, available suites, rental terms) using sources like LoopNet and other public databases.
  • Collaborate with landlords who may upload multiple buildings and suites, ensuring accurate data entry for each.
  • Use the platform’s stacking feature to update and manage information such as rental rates.
  • Edit and resize building photos to meet upload specifications (1MB max), ensuring images are clear and professional, without watermarks or graininess.
  • Collect building amenities and other details from websites or directly from landlords, ensuring all data is up to date.
  • Maintain accuracy while processing 8-10 buildings daily, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour per building.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop for resizing images and removing watermarks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Experience working with data entry systems or scraping public data sources.
  • Ability to source information independently, using public sites like LoopNet.
  • Interest in commercial real estate.
  • Awareness of legal restrictions (e.g., not using CoStar images).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate data entry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building management systems and the commercial leasing process.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced work.
  • Recent college graduates with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
