What you will be doing:

  • Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs.
  • Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing.
  • Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery.
  • Represent Staples at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to support business growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Solid demonstrated use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced “strategic business sense” skills and math aptitude.
  • Solid knowledge of company systems and processes.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Industry experience with ESP or SAGE
  • Promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.  The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.   Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
