Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Lead training needs analysis and develop learning plans aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage learning programs (internal/external), logistics, participation tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Promote a continuous learning culture and support capability building across teams.

Talent Development

  • Drive talent review processes, development planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Support succession planning and identification of high-potential talent.
  • Coach managers on career development conversations and development actions.

Performance Management

  • Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end) and ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate calibration discussions and advise leaders on fair and consistent performance decisions.
  • Support performance improvement processes, documentation, and manager coaching.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Oversee the TA team’s end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely hiring and strong candidate/hiring manager experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to validate manpower requirements, job specifications, and selection criteria.

  • Guide sourcing strategy across recruitment channels and talent pools to maintain healthy pipelines.

  • Ensure quality resume screening, preliminary assessments, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

  • Support salary benchmarking and market comparisons to enable competitive and consistent hiring decisions.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.

 

Employee Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and local engagement programs.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, communication, and change adoption.
  • Track engagement drivers and recommend targeted interventions.

HR Reporting & People Analytics

  • Own HR reporting and dashboards (e.g., headcount, hiring, turnover, training, performance, absenteeism).
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends and propose actions to improve workforce outcomes.

 

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Support policy interpretation, communication, and implementation across the organization.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and support audit/governance requirements.

 

Employee Relations & Grievances

  • Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations/fact-finding as required, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and timely closure.
  • Coach managers on handling sensitive employee matters and maintaining constructive employee relations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant HRBP/HR generalist experience with demonstrated ownership of TA oversight, L&D, talent/performance, engagement, analytics, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policy governance and compliance practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an advantage.
