The Specialist - Marketing executes assigned programs and campaigns, produces marketing assets, tracks performance metrics, and applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
As the Specialist - Marketing, you will execute defined marketing programs, channels, or workstreams with accountability for quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will apply established playbooks, processes, and tools to support awareness, engagement, and demand objectives. You will also produce reliable outputs with increasing independence, contributes performance insights, and collaborates with cross functional partners to support effective program execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Executes assigned marketing programs, campaigns, events, or channel activities end to end
- Produces marketing assets, content, and deliverables aligned to briefs and brand standards
- Coordinates inputs from internal partners, agencies, and vendors to support execution
- Tracks performance metrics and customer engagement; flags risks and opportunities
- Supports research and analysis activities including customer, market, and competitive inputs
- Maintains documentation, trackers, and system updates to ensure execution accuracy
- Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and program quality
Qualifications:
- Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to own discrete workstreams with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of multi channel marketing tactics and associated tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic performance data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
