We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects with diverse scope.
• Resolve complex issues using expert knowledge.
• Drive global process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
• Monitor and enhance business performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience managing and growing strategic relationships within the AI ecosystem, including leading AI companies and emerging technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, business models, and evolving payments needs of high-growth AI companies.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-moving organizations and build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across product, payments, finance, and technology.
• Experience developing and scaling strategic partnerships across personal AI agents and agentic commerce, including expanding successful MCP and plugin-based partnership models across emerging AI platforms.
• Payments industry experience required, with a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Must reside within a 2-hour radius of a PayPal office (San Francisco/San Jose, Scottsdale, Chicago, Omaha, New York, or Austin).
