Core Accountabilities:
- Pricing Analysis & Strategy Support: Conduct pricing and profitability analysis, including elasticity modeling and competitive benchmarking, to support net price realization aligned with RGM frameworks and regional priorities.
- Pack & Value Strategy: Assist in the development and deployment of price-pack architecture and value-based pricing strategies, to maximize volume share and margin.
- Mix & Profitability Optimization: Perform analysis to optimize product mix, pricing, and customer profitability (including cost-to-serve), identifying opportunities to improve margin and revenue across the portfolio.
- Trade Investment Analysis: Provide analytical support for trade promotion planning and ROI optimization, evaluating promotional effectiveness and helping maximize the return on trade spend investments.
- Dashboards, Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor RGM initiative pipeline performance versus targets (revenue, margin, etc.), flag variances, and work with team members to recommend course corrections in a timely manner.
- Insights & Recommendations: Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for different channels (e.g. foodservice, retail), effectively communicating the "so what" insights to drive commercial decisions.
- Best Practices & Tools: Contribute to the development and global scaling of RGM best practices, frameworks, and tools, supporting capability-building efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Sales) and regional RGM leads on commercial excellence initiatives, ensuring that RGM insights are effectively integrated into business planning and execution across markets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in RGM, pricing, marketing, or commercial roles
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field required; MBA preferred
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and financial acumen
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive alignment
- Effective communication and data storytelling skills , with the ability to present analysis clearly
- Experience or familiarity with pricing, trade investment, and go-to-market strategy
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau
- Multi-market experience is preferred
