This role is within Chamberlain Group's Partner Engagement and Loyalty function. This Sales Enablement role will be responsible for providing the sales organization with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Chamberlain Group’s hardware and software solutions. This role communicates value proposition, go-to-market strategy and execution to the sales organization, driving sales proficiency, onboarding and adoption of new products and features, and acceleration of revenue growth. This role will ensure sales teams understand the product’s value including both the hardware and software aspects of the product and can apply that knowledge consistently and repeatably in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve sales competency on product features, customer use cases, and objections handling.

  • Own the development of sales enablement assets (presentations, solution stories, demo scripts) and collateral that accelerate selling effectiveness across direct and channel partners.

  • Create and execute training curriculum – to prepare sellers to get buy-in, gain adoption, increase engagement, and drive new product sales and subscriptions among target partners in key business units.

  • Conduct regular enablement sessions (new hire onboarding, product launches, role plays) and scale training programs through the creation of webinars and online training content, when applicable.

  • Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to continuously refine enablement content and strategies. Ensure that product updates are incorporated quickly and effectively into sales readiness programs.

  • Define and achieve training program success measurements related to training delivery and its impact to Chamberlain Group’s business objectives.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of sellers’ current skills and knowledge of products and tools. Determine best path to development and adoption.

  • Establish key enablement metrics (time to productivity, required training completions/participation, correlation of training adoption vs revenue achievement) and report performance insights to leadership

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of Sales life cycles and the impact of effective Sales Enablement on those life cycles

  • Experience training and enabling field sales teams with measurable improvements in performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering clear but engaging content

  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales engagement technologies.

  • Ability to travel within North America up to 25%

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional/training design or technology

  • Experience leveraging cloud-based sales learning, enablement and readiness platforms such as MindTickle. Brainshark, Allego, or ShowPad.

  • Experience designing and developing sales enablement curricula

  • Facilitation and delivery of sales training

  • Strong presentation skills

The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
