  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and working across multiple teams

  • Identify data quality issues and help resolve gaps that affect reporting accuracy and integrity
  • Support recurring reporting cycles, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce analytics

Ad hoc analysis and stakeholder partnership

  • Respond to ad hoc people data requests from HR, field operations, and corporate stakeholders
  • Consult with HR leaders to clarify needs, ask the right questions, and independently deliver accurate reporting solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional analytics deliverables, including report specifications, metric logic, and stakeholder-ready outputs
  • Synthesize data findings into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making and operational priorities
  • Test, validate, and support release of data and reporting products to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with defined requirements before stakeholder delivery

Power BI partnership and HR data governance

  • Serve as HR data authority for the Power BI team, governing HR data definitions, usage, and access
