At BMO, we’re growing fast—and our U.S. Wealth Marketing team is at the center of that expansion. This role is a critical driver of our digital transformation, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for high-value clients and prospects.

You’re a dynamic and effective strategic thinker with a strong appreciation and passion for client acquisition. You’re fascinated by consumer behavior, and you know how to leverage data to tell compelling outcomes. You’re a pro at turning insights into action and building strategies that drive digital marketing results while managing budget dollars. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is where you shine and you have a deep passion for financial services.

This role is pivotal in leading customer acquisition efforts, engagement, and retention through performance marketing, website strategy, and innovative digital experiences.

You will oversee our website presence, lead website migration efforts, and manage a team that includes a CRM Manager. You’ll also be responsible for SEM and lead generation programs that support sales enablement. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Digital Strategy: Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with U.S. Wealth business goals.

  • Website Leadership: Oversee website strategy and major migration projects, design and implement regular updates, optimize UX, and drive lead generation from the site.

  • CRM & Personalization: Use Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing at scale for wealth audiences.

  • Data & Insights: Build advanced dashboards (Power BI or similar) to track performance and optimize campaigns in real time.

  • Performance Marketing: Drive SEM and programmatic strategies to maximize ROI and conversion.

  • Content & Editorial Planning: Develop and manage editorial calendars that keep our wealth-focused digital presence fresh, relevant, and impactful

  • Sales Enablement - Partner with sales and product teams to develop lead generation strategies and sales enablement tools

  • Collaboration: Work closely with thought leaders, creative, and analytics teams to align strategies and accelerate growth.

What You Bring

8+ years in digital marketing with expertise in content strategy, CRM, and website management.

Proven success in large-scale website migrations and digital transformation.

Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reporting tools.

Ability to develop and execute editorial calendars and structured marketing plans.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
