The Senior Sales Enablement Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Micromedex Sales Leadership and the broader go-to-market organization. This role identifies and diagnoses business and performance needs, develops enablement strategies, and delivers solutions that improve seller effectiveness, productivity, adoption, and business outcomes.
The successful candidate combines business acumen, performance consulting, change enablement, content development, technology adoption, and project leadership. This individual is comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, and building solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As Merative continues to advance as an AI-forward organization, this role is expected to actively leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to drive efficiency, improve knowledge access, enhance seller productivity, and scale enablement impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, developing a strong understanding of business priorities, sales goals, field challenges, and seller performance needs. 
  • Consult with leaders and sellers to identify capability, process, knowledge, adoption, and execution gaps and recommend solutions based on root-cause analysis. 
  • Design, develop, facilitate and implement enablement programs aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes. 
  • Create and maintain learning content, sales tools, communications, playbooks, videos, and other performance-support resources. 
  • Support product launches, messaging updates, sales initiatives, process changes, technology adoption, and organizational change. 
  • Partner with frontline managers to reinforce learning, coaching, adoption, and ongoing development. 
  • Leverage sales enablement, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and productivity technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact. 
  • Develop and manage content within sales enablement platforms such as Showpad or similar technologies. 
  • Measure enablement effectiveness and use feedback and performance insights to improve programs and resources. 
  • Lead multiple initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Merative Sales Enablement practices, tools, processes, and capabilities. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, sales, marketing, performance consulting, or a related field. 
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales Leaders and business stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions. 
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose business challenges, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate interventions. 
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, learning experiences, content, or performance-support solutions. 
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. 
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes, productivity, user experience, or organizational performance. 
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, analytics platforms, or digital productivity solutions to improve efficiency, content creation, knowledge sharing, workflows, or business outcomes. 

DIGITAL & TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES 

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle, Brainshark, or similar technologies. 
  • Experience creating digital learning, sales content, and video-based enablement materials. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and related productivity tools. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales productivity, analytics, and related technologies such as Salesforce. 
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, adopt, and apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve enablement effectiveness, streamline processes, increase productivity, and scale business impact. 
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and identify practical applications that solve business and enablement challenges. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, clinical, health technology, or a related industry. 
  • Experience supporting complex consultative B2B sales organizations. 
  • Experience with sales methodologies, manager enablement/coaching, performance consulting, change management, or organizational effectiveness. 
  • Experience building new programs, frameworks, processes, or approaches within an evolving organization. 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$118,060.25 - $177,090.37 (USD)
