About the Team

The Solution Architecture team is vital to the success of Workday's Solution Consulting organization. The team serves as the connection between Sales, Product, Services, and Marketing, helping showcase Workday's solutions to audiences across the globe!
Solution Architects have a depth of product knowledge and use their knowledge to develop solutions for some of the toughest industries. About the Role

As a Solution Architect passionate about Workday Financials products, you will:

• • Develop compelling demo solutions that showcase the value of Workday's Financial product suite
  • Provide sales support for active strategic opportunities and demos
  • Work closely with our world class Development, Product Strategy, Professional Services and Solution Consulting teams to develop messaging and design solutions
  • Work with development teams to improve the Financial products and influence product roadmap
  • Maintain the operations surrounding the Financial product for Commercial and industry specific demos
  • Disseminate product standard methodologies with the greater Workday organization
  • Stay up to date with current and projected industry trends

About You

Workday is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Solution Architecture Financials team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in building and maintaining our sales demonstration environments, showcasing the power of our oCFO solutions. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced architects, contribute to exciting projects, and grow your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• • 5+ years in core financials including general accounting, revenue, debits and credits
  • 5+ years working closely with Workday Financial applications or competing products

Other Qualifications:

• • Prior experience implementing ERP systems
  • Workday Prism/Reporting, Analytics and Accounting Center experience
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience designing operational workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive independently, while also being a strong team player
  • Creative thinker who is willing and able to tackle challenging problems that others cannot
  • Ability to travel periodically for team meetings and Presales/Marketing events
  • CPA licensure

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $154,500 USD - $231,700 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $130,400 USD - $231,700 USD
